NDIS Customers
If you have NDIS funding, you can use your consumable budget for any product in our "Cheers to Inclusivity" collection
If your plan is Self Managed:
- Simply complete your online purchase & pay for it at checkout, then use our receipt (that is emailed to you) as proof of purchase to claim your refund from the NDIA.
OR
If your plan is Plan Managed:
- Browse our store and choose the item/s you want to buy
- Email us at info@tearstocheers.com.au with the following information:
1. Plan Managers details (email address/phone)
2. The participants name
3. Address
3. Phone number
4. Date of Birth
5. NDIS Number
6. Order Details
We will provide an invoice to them & ship it to you once it’s paid.
* Please make sure before undertaking this process, that you are claiming for an approved NDIS participant with allocated funds.
* Any order processed by us that is later cancelled / unpaid by the NDIA (for any reason) will incur a $50 processing fee billable to the Participants Plan.
