NDIS Customers
If you have NDIS funding, you can use your consumable budget for any product in our "Educational Support Tools and all things School" collection
If your plan is Self Managed:
- Simply complete your online purchase & pay for it at checkout, then use our receipt (that is emailed to you) as proof of purchase to claim your refund from the NDIA.
OR
If your plan is Plan Managed:
- Browse our store and choose the item/s you want to buy
- Email us at emma@emmajae.com.au with the following information:
1. Plan Managers details (email address/phone)
2. The participants name
3. Address
3. Phone number
4. Date of Birth
5. NDIS Number
6. Order Details
We will provide an invoice to them & ship it to you once it’s paid.
Can I use my NDIS funding to purchase these products?
Yes – many of our educational support products can be claimed under your NDIS funding as a low-cost, low-risk assistive technology item. This includes tools like our Emotional Check-In Board, Where Does It Hurt? body board, Visual Schedules, and First Then Boards.
If you're self-managed or plan-managed, you can usually claim your purchase under the Core Supports – Consumables category (line item: 03_040000919_0103_1_1).
💡 Just make sure the product is relevant to your child’s support needs and goals – and you’re good to go.
