About Emma Jae

Hi, I’m Emma — the heart, hands, and creative mind behind Emma Jae Custom Laser Designs.

This little business of mine started with a laser machine, a big dose of creativity, and a personal mission: to make beautiful, meaningful things that help people feel seen, supported, and celebrated. A lot of that comes from being a mum to a neurodivergent child and knowing firsthand how much difference the right tools — or the right keepsake — can make in someone’s life.

"Jae" is a nod to my family, because they’re the reason I do what I do. Every piece I create has heart in it — whether it’s for your home, your classroom, your wedding, or your workplace.

I don’t mass produce.
I customise every piece for you, because I truly understand that what works for one child may not work for another. I don’t just want your child’s name on a product — I want to know who they are, what they need, and how I can create a resource or keepsake that feels right for them. I pour my heart into making sure every child feels supported and included.
