* Customisable Design: Crafted from durable 3mm acrylic, the board measures 21 x 27.5cm, offering ample space for clear communication. Choose either blank, male or female body, alternatively let us know in NOTES at checkout if you'd like to adjust any body part (ie glasses, amputated arm or leg etc)
* Interactive Band-Aid/plaster System: Included with the board are three band-aid acrylics, allowing children to visually indicate areas of discomfort. Whether it's a sore tummy or an achy knee, simply place the corresponding band-aid on the affected area for instant communication. Each Band-aid/plaster has a Scotch Re-stickable mounting strip so it can be reused again and again and again.
*Please note to begin with the sticky strip may come off or be hard to take off the board, this rectifies after a couple of movements. With repetitive use or exposure to dust dot may loose stickiness. Gently wash with soapy water and air dry to refresh stickiness. Instructions in photo gallery.

We are proud of the quality and presentation of our gift hampers and do everything we can to ensure that every recipient is happy with their products.
If your hamper or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@tearstocheers.com.au
We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue.
We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.
If it is necessary for the product to be sent back to us we will email you a return label to cover the cost of the shipping.
We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days.
Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original card or PayPal account used.
