* Please ensure all names and dates are checked before sending.

* Name discs and jump rings are a choking hazard and not a toy. Please ensure they are kept away from children.

* Your choice with or without hanging holes.

* Hanging material not included. Holes for hanging are 7mm

* Jump rings are included. One per disc. You will need pliers to gently open and close the jump rings onto the discs and board.
